Runbeck Election Services Announces Vote-by-Mail Sorting Solutions with Engineering Innovations, Inc.
Tempe, Arizona [September 28, 2011]– Runbeck Election Services, Inc., a leading provider of elections solutions, today announced the extension of its vote-by-mail consulting, processing, software and equipment solutions by collaborating with Engineering Innovations, Inc., to produce the Agilis Ballot Sorting System™. Recently, the two companies combined their expertise in postal voting, mail ballot processing and election experience to develop a portable, affordable and state-of-the-art mail ballot processing solution, the Agilis Ballot Sorting System™.
Engineering Innovations, Inc. has postal and mailing experts on staff with more than 20 years of experience in software and hardware development. This expertise has been used in creating multiple mail processing solutions for various uses, including elections. Runbeck recently engaged Engineering Innovations, Inc. to develop the hardware for the Agilis Ballot Sorting System™.

The Agilis Ballot Sorting System™ provides election officials with a mail ballot sorting solution that is quick, easy and affordable. The Agilis is highly configurable, has a small footprint and is ideal for counties with limited space. It features automatic signature verification software and an inline envelope opener will be available in 2012.
