Runbeck Election Services has produced every conceivable style and quantity of election ballot. We have the resources to print any type of project from small to large with the highest quality. Our 30,000 square-foot facility in Arizona is equipped with high speed digital equipment as well as our Sentio ballot production system to manage short runs that produce laser ballots that meet the stringent registration requirements of the tabulation equipment, saving you time and money.

Since 1996, we have printed millions of ballots for all four of the major tabulation vendors; Sequoia, Premier, ES&S and Hart. In the 2008 General Election, Runbeck Election Service delivered over 10 million optical scan ballots to its customers accurately and on time.

Runbeck Election Services’ proud history of satisfied customers includes election operations of all sizes; Maricopa County Arizona, (1.8 million registered voters) and Pima County Arizona (481, 000 registered voters) have been RES customers for over 10 years. In addition, we service customers in Florida, Colorado, and California, and are registered as certified ballot printers with Florida and California Secretary of State Offices.

In order to ensure the proper tracking and accurate production of our customers’ products, RES has developed a sophisticated tracking database in which we are able to track the status of every version of every customer ballot throughout the entire production process. This system is used whether the ballots are produced internally or with one of our partners.

As an independent elections management service, Runbeck Election Services is uniquely able to focus on and meet the overall needs of each customer. While Runbeck owns and operates its own print facility it also works with a pool of subcontractors that add local production capabilities. When planning a project, RES evaluates all resources to create a plan that will best fit each customer's specific timeframes, budget, and product needs.
